Depending upon availability, parents are able to choose a number of sessions per week, with a minimum of three in Nursery, to be arranged in advance for the term. One term's notice to the School will be required for any change in the number of sessions.

School fees are normally subject to annual review, but the School Governors reserve the right to increase them at the beginning of any term should the need arise, in which case as long a notice as is practicable will be given.

The fees are payable in advance, ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF TERM. Cheques should be made payable to St Hilary's School Trust Limited. If the previous term's account has not been settled, a child may be refused admission at the beginning of term. A full term's notice (or fees in lieu thereof) is required before the removal of a child from the school.
